ActionAid
When this international NGO migrated its intranet to a new SharePoint platform, Sage Point developed a three-part program to engage ActionAid's 1,800 staff and 2,000 partners across 42 countries. We conceived and presented 5 branding concepts, which staff commented and voted on via a web survey, choosing to name their new intranet The Hive. Sage Point then launched a microsite explaining the benefits of The Hive and encouraging staff to share their ideas for this new resource.
By making it easy to solicit staff input, Sage Point helped ActionAid's intranet team gain buy-in for the project. Once the intranet launched, we created a series of downloadable self-training modules that provided customized, step-by-step instructions to use various tools on The Hive.
"You guys just seem to 'get it' and just know what needs to be done on our projects. Then you get it done on time and on target. Professional and quality work, always beyond my expectations."
— Florence Kiff, Internal Communications Director, ActionAid
